Oasis Breads San Marcos, CA Job Details Full-time From $19 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Food production Spanish English Attention to detail Cleaning Full Job Description Job Overview Seeking entry-level applicants in a production bakery. Shifts are Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu starting at 3PM. This is a full-time position and applicants should expect 7- 10 hours per shift. DUTIES Clean and prepare racks and pans for production. Operate bakery equipment
- including mixers, dividers, sheeters, proofers, and ovens
- to complete the day's production.
SKILLS:
Ability to work safely and efficiently in small groups or alone in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a high-volume bakery setting. Spanish-English bilingual preferred but not required.HIRING PROCESS
Due to the entry-level nature of this position, we use a 'working interview' process. Applicants fill out a newhire packet and work one complete shift. At the end of the shift, the employee and supervisor will review whether it is a good fit. Regardless of outcome, the applicant is paid for his/her time. Although this is an 'entry-level' position, we are always seeking experienced bakers. Please feel free to apply!Pay:
