•Duties Prepare baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cookies according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and decorating tools attention to detail to meet customer specifications Manage food preparation tasks with speed and accuracy during high-volume production periods Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management practices and sanitation protocols Package baked items securely for retail display or wholesale distribution Follow recipe adherence closely to ensure consistency in flavor, appearance, and quality across all products Skills Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards within the food industry Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Skilled in food production techniques including baking, cooking, and food preparation methods Excellent knife skills for precise slicing, trimming, and shaping of baked goods Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Customer service orientation with the ability to handle special requests professionally Experience in high-volume production environments with a focus on recipe adherence and quality control Strong organizational skills for maintaining a clean workspace and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Join us to craft delicious baked goods that bring joy to our customers!
