Responsibilities Decorate cakes and baked goods with intricate designs, fondant, icing, and other decorative elements to meet customer specifications and company standards Prepare cakes, pastries, doughs, and other baked items following established recipes and food safety guidelines Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and decorating tools efficiently and safely Package finished products securely for delivery or display while maintaining presentation quality Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety management practices and sanitation protocols Assist in food production tasks including pastry preparation, dough handling, and cooking as needed during peak hours Provide excellent customer service by addressing special requests or questions about baked goods with professionalism and enthusiasm Qualifications Proven experience in cake decorating, pastry preparation, or a related food production role within the food industry Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in baked goods and decorations High-volume production experience preferred for managing multiple orders efficiently Basic math skills for measurements, portioning, and inventory management Excellent attention to detail combined with creativity to produce visually appealing designs Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is highly desirable Join us in creating memorable culinary experiences!
