Our Windsor Bakehouse serves 6 locations across the front range --We are looking for associates with early morning, afternoon and early evening availability. Weekend availability is a must!

What you will be doing:

General Job Duties The primary duty is supporting the Bakery Manager, Assistant Bakery Manager, and team with the overall operation. Having strong customer service experience is essential in this role. This includes assisting in production scheduling, taking inventory, helping with training, leading the days the managers are off. This is a boots on the ground position, so you will be expecting to support the team in production.

• This position requires early morning and or later morning availability to open bakery and close bakery. Weekend availability a must!!!!
• Clean kitchen equipment and tools after use
• Follow recipes to prepare bakery items to standard
• Bake different types of bakery items to include, scones, cookies, pies
• Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
• Mix various ingredients to create fillings for pies.
• Use scales to measure and fill pies, weigh dough, portion cookies
• Operate commercial dish machines to wash equipment Who we are looking for:

• Ability to lift 25+ pounds routinely, 50+ pounds frequently

• Ability to navigate stairs multiple times daily
• Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Excellent time-management skills
