Duties Prepare dough using precise recipes and techniques, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, stringer, and others Shape, twist, and bake pretzels and other baked goods according to established standards Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation practices throughout shifts Package finished products carefully for retail display or wholesale distribution, ensuring freshness and presentation Support high-volume production by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality control Follow food handling safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations Qualifications Previous experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and stringer Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members or customers during product pickup or sampling events Experience in catering or restaurant environments is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-volume production settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us in creating mouthwatering pretzels that delight customers every day!
