This position is responsible for arriving early each morning to bake fresh varieties of bread for service, brioche burger buns, prepare and portion dough for the following day, and maintain consistent quality and presentation. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and experienced with bread and dough production in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake fresh breads and brioche buns daily. Mix, portion, shape, proof, and bake dough. Prepare and portion dough for the following day. Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and freshness. Follow recipes and food safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work efficiently and independently in a professional kitchen.

Qualifications:

Previous professional baking or bread-making experience required. Strong knowledge of bread and dough production. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Strong attention to detail and quality. Early-morning availability required.
