Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of donuts, ensuring consistency in flavor, appearance, and quality according to established recipes Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, fryers, ovens, and decorating tools safely and efficiently Handle dough preparation, shaping, frying, glazing, and decorating donuts with attention to detail and artistic flair Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following food safety protocols and sanitation standards Package finished products securely for display or delivery while adhering to food handling guidelines Assist with food production during high-volume periods to meet customer demand promptly Support overall kitchen operations by managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies Experience Previous experience in food production, bakery work, or pastry preparation is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, dough handling, and baked goods creation Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling techniques Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, fryers, ovens, and knives Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in high-volume production environments Strong customer service skills are a plus for engaging with team members and supporting store operations Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Join us as a Donut Maker where your culinary talent will shine!
