Duties Prepare a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts following established recipes and standards Mix, blend, and assemble ingredients using professional kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools Decorate cakes and baked items with precision to enhance visual appeal Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance Assist in food handling, packaging, and portioning Support high-volume production needs while adhering to recipe specifications and quality standards Operate kitchen machinery safely and efficiently during food preparation processes Requirements Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a commercial kitchen or bakery setting is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates. Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations with willingness to obtain food handler certificate within 30 days of hire date.
