Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and efficient Baker and Mixer to join our vibrant culinary team! In this role, you will be at the heart of our food production process, expertly preparing and mixing ingredients to create delicious baked goods, pastries, and other culinary delights. Your energy and precision will ensure that every product meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. Duties Prepare a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts following established recipes and standards Mix, blend, and assemble ingredients using professional kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools Decorate cakes and baked items with precision to enhance visual appeal Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance Assist in food handling, packaging, and portioning Support high-volume production needs while adhering to recipe specifications and quality standards Operate kitchen machinery safely and efficiently during food preparation processes Requirements Proven experience in food production, baking, or pastry preparation within a commercial kitchen or bakery setting is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates. Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations with willingness to obtain food handler certificate within 30 days of hire date. Ability to follow detailed recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in baked goods Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing inventory Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're eager to craft delectable baked goods while ensuring every detail is perfect!
