What We're Looking For:

Because we are such a small team, we rely heavily on one another. Consistency is everything.

Dependable Transportation:

Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) and public transit are not viable for this 3:00 AM start. You must have your own reliable vehicle to ensure you can get to work on time.

Reliability:

We need someone who takes pride in showing up on time and being a dependable part of our 7-person crew.

ServSafe Certification:

A Food Handler's certificate is required. Don't have one? We will help the right candidate obtain their certification within the first 30 days of employment.

Hands-On Work:

You'll be operating dough mixers and rounders to prep our signature kolaches and keeping the kitchen organized. No experience necessary—we will train you!

The Compensation:
