Rita's Italian Ice amp; Frozen Custard We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Italian Ice Maker to join our team! This position is responsible for making our Italian Ice fresh in-store while maintaining Rita's quality, cleanliness, and food-safety standards. Responsibilities Make Italian Ice fresh according to Rita's recipes and procedures Follow recipes and measurements accurately Maintain proper product quality and consistency Maintain the proper consistency of Italian Ice in the dip boxes throughout the shift Monitor inventory and daily production needs Properly label, store, and rotate products Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with other store duties as needed Requirements Must be 18 years or older Evening and weekend availability is required Must have reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately Comfortable working independently Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical/repetitive tasks Must maintain a clean and organized work area Experience is helpful but not required.
