What We Offer Starting pay:

\$20.00 per hour Potential for a wage increase after a 30-day performance review Full-time, year-round employment Overtime opportunities Paid training Opportunities for advancement A supportive, team-oriented work environment What You\'ll Do As part of our production team, you\'ll help create some of New England\'s finest artisan breads by: Mixing and preparing dough Scaling and shaping bread by hand Baking artisan breads in commercial ovens Monitoring bake quality and consistency Loading and unloading ovens Packaging finished products Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas Working with your team to meet daily production goals What We\'re Looking For Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing and working in a fast-paced environment Bakery or food production experience is a plus, but we\'re happy to train the right person Why Pain d\'Avignon?
