Start here. We're looking for Bakery Assistants to join the team at our new Canton Bakehouse. Position will begin in Millis while we await construction on this new facility. This is the first step into our bakery production team — no professional baking experience required. We'll teach you our systems and you'll work alongside our bakers helping bring everything from brownies and cookies to cakes and pastries to life. What you'll do: Assist bakers throughout production Scoop and portion cookies, batters and other products De-pan freshly baked products Dip and finish items like cake pops Package and label finished products Organize products for freezing and distribution Keep work areas, equipment and tools clean and organized Jump in wherever the bakery team needs an extra set of hands We're looking for people who are dependable, work well with others, aren't afraid to stay busy and take pride in doing things well. No bakery experience? That's okay. If you're interested in learning, we'll teach you.
