Bakers Assistant at Nutre Meal Plans Nutre Meal Plans is seeking a Bakers Assistant to support our scratch kitchen by helping prepare baked goods and desserts made from scratch. If you enjoy hands-on kitchen work, take pride in quality, and want to learn and grow in a fast-paced food environment, we would love to hear from you. What you'll do: Assist with baking baked goods and desserts from scratch according to recipes and production schedules Help prepare ingredients, measure, mix, and portion items to support consistent results Support dough and batter prep, baking, cooling, and packaging processes Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation standards Label and store ingredients properly and help with inventory restocking as needed Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily prep and quality goals What we're looking for: Experience in a kitchen, bakery, or food preparation role is required Comfort with following recipes and learning production methods Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety Ability to work on your feet and handle hands-on tasks in a busy kitchen Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed
