Crumbl Cookies - Head Baker 358 Broadway, Saugus, MA Crumbl Cookies in Saugus, MA is looking to hire a full-time Head Bakers for our Wareham, MA store. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEAD BAKER
As a Head Baker, you set the flow for the day, maintaining the pace of the bakery to uphold top customer service and ensure tasks stay on track. You work closely with our General Manager to ensure high-quality cookies and a remarkable guest experience. The daily operations of our store are in your hands and you use your innate leadership ability to engage and inspire your team to deliver world-renowned customer service. You are committed to the success of the team and you train them with an individualized approach. You love seeing your hard work pay off in a successful store and happy customers!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Maintain excellent, welcoming, customer service Take customer orders, maintain fast, accurate service, and positive guest relations Answer customers' questions and provide information of store's policies and relevant procedures Resolve guest complaints or concerns Teamwork & Communication Work as a team member to support other employees in their duties Follow the lead and direction of your General Manager Communicate challenges and successes Be respectful of all guests, employees, vendors, and supervisors Accountability Take ownership over tasks that are assigned to you Hold self to the highest standard of performance Be knowledgeable of and hold yourself to all Company standards Be knowledgeable of and hold yourself to the Corporate standards and the Employee Handbook Position Mastery Read and understand Crumbl recipes Measure and combine ingredients using a mixer, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies Decorate and display the finished product Test ingredients and finished foods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality control Keep records related to deliveries, inventory, and production levels Take client information and ensure that delivery is accurate and timely Clean and restock the workstation to ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Process cash and credit card payments, refunds, gift cards, etc. in accordance with the company's cash handling policy Operate kitchen equipment in an efficient and safe manner Ensure food quality meets company standards Ensure food storage and preparation meets company standards Stock and restock stations as necessary Help maintain the restaurant with regards to cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility Complete all training and re-training activities as assigned Other Responsibilities Perform opening and closing duties to Company standards Perform other duties as assigned by your General Manager and/or Supervisor Commitment to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a positive memorable experience for our team members and guests Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business Maintain general knowledge of

QUALIFICATIONS
Restaurant management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred but not required. Must have some night/closing availability (10pm - 1am). We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in your role! Physical & Mental Requirements Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and lift 50+ pounds for the duration of your shift (up to 8 hours with scheduled breaks) Function in a fast-paced and noisy kitchen environment Tolerance to temperature fluctuations Finger dexterity Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Use basic computer systems (ex. cash register) Basic math and computer skills Read, write, speak, and understand basic English
