Job Description

Summary:

You will be responsible for preparation of quality food using standardized recipes and production sheets. Other responsibilities may include general sanitation, cleaning and use of food processing equipment, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). Successful experience in a fast-paced environment. Adhere to food safety standards. Ability to follow established procedures. Skills to accurately measure and portion ingredients. Professional conduct. Ability to work with machinery. Willingness to clean machinery and kettles. Team Player. Good attendance. Ability to regularly lift and dump 30-pounds of ingredients.
