Duties Assist in bakery prep & other processes including flour mixes & blends, and possible baking to ensure fresh, delicious offerings. Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity to meet customer specifications and enhance presentation. Package baked goods efficiently while maintaining quality standards and food safety protocols. Support kitchen operations by handling food safely, preparing ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the workspace. Follow all food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards. Following directions is essential This position is Monday - Thursday. 6am - 2pm Experience Previous experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry work is desirable. Familiarity with Cake Frosting / decorating techniques and packaging methods enhances your suitability for this role. Experience working in the Food industry/Bakeries is encouraged Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential for maintaining hygiene standards. Kitchen experience involving Hobart Mixers, Bakery production & Prep Work enhances workflow and product quality.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
