This role is ideal for someone with a background in bakery, pastry, or dessert development who enjoys turning ideas into successful products that customers love. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of new bakery, pastry, dessert, and beverage products from concept to launch. Create visually appealing products and displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. Work closely with the marketing team on product launches, promotions, and social media content. Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to identify new product opportunities. Train and coach staff on product knowledge, preparation standards, and presentation. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience developing bakery, pastry, dessert, or beverage products. 1+ years of experience in cake decoration and new product design Strong understanding of product presentation, merchandising, and visual appeal. Proven ability to take ideas from concept through implementation. Hands-on, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to work weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Preferred Experience working with bakeries, cafés, dessert shops, or specialty food brands. Knowledge of Japanese-inspired desserts, pastries, and beverage concepts. Interest in Japanese culture, anime, or gaming.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
