As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring that all products are prepared with precision and care while adhering to food safety regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods according to established recipes. Ensure all food production meets quality standards for taste, appearance, and freshness. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all food safety protocols. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods. Experiment with new recipes and techniques to enhance the menu offerings. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation. Qualifications Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within a restaurant or culinary environment. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods. Familiarity with pastry creation and decoration is highly desirable. Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
