• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry recipes and menu items
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a pastry cook or in a similar role
• Knowledge of different pastry techniques and baking methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and produce consistent results
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry decoration
• Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
