Job Description

General Bakeshop is currently looking for passionate and experienced Pastry cooks and Bread Bakers to join our growing team. Full time and Part time positions available. Early mornings are a must. Experience with sourdough, shaping, proofing and baking various bread doughs. Knowledge of laminated doughs ; croissant and puff pastry. Experience with cakes, mousses, cookies, individual desserts, breakfast pastries, frozen desserts and pastry sauces. Professional experience preferred but willing to train the right candidates.
