Duties Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, cakes, pastries, and cookies following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens and pastry tools safely and efficiently Decorate cakes and pastries with precision using cake decorating techniques to ensure visual appeal Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety management protocols and sanitation standards Package baked items carefully for retail display or customer orders while ensuring freshness and presentation quality Assist with food production tasks such as ingredient measurement, food handling, and portioning to support high-volume output Uphold food safety regulations by monitoring storage conditions, labeling products accurately, and following hygiene practices Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues in daily tasks and maintaining an organized kitchen Experience Previous experience in the food industry or culinary setting is not mandatory; we are open to training the right person with a ready to learn attitude.
