This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talent in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering exceptional baked treats. Duties Available 6 days a week with regular overtime. Involves early baking hours. Prepare a variety of baked goods, including breads, cakes, cookies, and pastries, following established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and pastry tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety management protocols at all times Assist in food production processes, including dough preparation, food handling, and portioning to support high-volume output Follow recipe adherence strictly while maintaining consistency across all baked goods Skills Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Experience in high-volume production environments with the ability to work quickly under pressure Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with team members when needed Familiarity with culinary techniques including dough preparation, baking processes, and food preparation methods We are committed to fostering a vibrant work environment where your skills grow alongside our brand's success.
