Responsibilities Prepare and assemble baked goods, pastries, doughs, and other pastry items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, and pastry tools safely and efficiently Assist in packaging baked products for display or takeout, ensuring presentation meets brand standards Maintain a clean workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines throughout your shift Support cake decorating and finishing tasks to enhance visual appeal of baked goods when needed Follow recipe instructions precisely to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance Assist with food production tasks during peak hours to meet high-volume demands while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Previous experience in pastry preparation, baking, or food production within a bakery or food industry setting is preferred Strong knife skills and dough preparation techniques with an understanding of baking principles Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and managing portion sizes Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence and quality control Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Join us in creating mouthwatering baked goods that delight our customers every day!
