Description We are currently hiring a doughnut Night Time Baker / Finisher! Part time to start and this position can develop into Full Time. No experience necessary-will train. Must be available Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. Shifts- 8:00 PM - 3:00 AM. Must be 18 years of age or older. Responsibilities Operate finisher machine for filling, glazing, icing doughnuts.
Glaze and icing are made ahead of time, so the finisher would just glaze and ice according to instructions
Operate fryer and finisher to make sure to apply glazing/icing while doughnut is hot.
Check products for quality, and identify damaged or expired goods
Set oven temperatures, and place items into hot ovens for baking
Operate fryer for doughnut making
Combine measured ingredients in bowls for mixing, blending, or cooking machinery following recipes
Set time and speed controls for mixing machines and blending machines so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions
