Responsibilities Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and other confections, following established recipes and standards Decorate cakes and desserts with precision and creativity to meet customer specifications and presentation standards Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and pastry tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines Assist in food handling and preparation tasks for catering events or high-volume production needs Follow food safety management practices to ensure all products meet health regulations Support food industry best practices by adhering to recipe instructions, portion control, and quality standards Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, baking, or pastry arts within a fast-paced environment Strong knife skills and proficiency in cake decorating techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail for recipe adherence and presentation quality Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately Customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Previous experience in high-volume production or catering is preferred Culinary experience in the food industry with a focus on baked goods or pastry preparation is highly desirable Join us to bring your culinary passion to life!
