Bakery Assistant Manager:

Customer Service:

Ensure an exceptional experience for every customer by maintaining high standards of service, helping with product recommendations, and resolving any customer concerns.

Leadership & Team Development:

Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating team members to achieve store goals. Help lead shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
