Responsibilities Operate commercial kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, and mixers to produce baked goods efficiently and safely Prepare donut batter and other pastry ingredients following established recipes and food safety guidelines Fry donuts to perfect golden-brown perfection while monitoring cooking times and temperatures Decorate and finish donuts with icing, sprinkles, or other toppings to enhance visual appeal and flavor Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety standards and sanitation procedures Package finished products carefully for sale or delivery, ensuring freshness and presentation quality Assist with food handling, portioning, and ingredient prep to support high-volume production demands Experience Prior experience in food production or bakery settings is highly preferred, especially with baked goods or pastries Demonstrated skills in cake decorating, pastry preparation, or culinary arts are advantageous Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as fryers, mixers, and ovens is essential Experience in food safety management and adhering to recipe standards ensures consistent quality High-volume production experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus Strong knife skills, food handling knowledge, and attention to detail are important for success in this role Previous customer service or catering experience can be beneficial in understanding customer expectations Join us if you're passionate about baking, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and want to contribute to creating mouthwatering donuts that keep customers coming back!
