As an Assistant Baker, you will create delicious pastries, cakes, and more, and fulfill our mission to Bring joy to the Camano Island community through food, service, and drink! You will learn how to make a large selection of different items that we offer at the Marketplace! These include, but are not limited to: doughs, scones, cookies, croissants, cakes, chocolate mousse, and much more! In our bakery, you will need to stay motivated to knock out your list for the day! And you need to be willing to get your hands soapy washing dishes, and pitching into help out the team at large. As you become more experience, we even allow for experimentation on new items, or improving old ones! General Requirements:

Stand for long periods of time on concrete floor (8 hours) Personally Motivated Able to multitask Ability to carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Exposed to small particles (coffee grounds & flour) Wake up early and ready to rock!
