Job Description
Are you looking for a local job that really puts the Camano Island community first? Do you want to have a meaningful impact in a small business? Do you love baking, and want to take your baking skills to the next level? If you are a person who wants to clock in and clock out, and collect a paycheck at the end of the day, then we are not the right fit for you. As an Assistant Baker, you will create delicious pastries, cakes, and more, and fulfill our mission to Bring joy to the Camano Island community through food, service, and drink! You will learn how to make a large selection of different items that we offer at the Marketplace! These include, but are not limited to: doughs, scones, cookies, croissants, cakes, chocolate mousse, and much more! In our bakery, you will need to stay motivated to knock out your list for the day! And you need to be willing to get your hands soapy washing dishes, and pitching into help out the team at large. As you become more experience, we even allow for experimentation on new items, or improving old ones!
