We are searching for an energetic, detail oriented, and reliable candidate to become one of our Opening Bakers at our Brookfield, WI location. This person would ultimately have open availability throughout the week, and would be able to start work between 5AM-6AM. This position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. All Crumbl Locations are closed on Sundays. Crumbl strives to deliver the best desserts and customer service to our guests day in and day out! Responsibilities:

Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn Able to lift 50+lbs and stand idle for longer periods of time Be able to read through and follow recipes Decorating and displaying finished product Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing exceptional customer service Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift Constant communication with Shift Leaders and Managers to ensure daily goals are met

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older to use all equipment Legally eligible to work in the United States Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts Excellent communication skills Time management skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 lbs.
