Job Description
Job Overview Revive & Repeat Açaí and Smoothie Lounge is looking for a dependable, energetic Lounge Team Member to join our team! We're seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality. Previous experience in a coffee shop, smoothie shop, café, or fast-paced food service environment is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy team environment while continuing to learn and grow with us. Duties Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes and quality standards. Operate the Clover POS system to process orders and payments. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and creating a welcoming experience. Recommend menu items and upsell products when appropriate. Maintain a clean and organized lounge, including bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and caring for restrooms. Accurately handle cash and follow established cash-handling procedures. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with stocking, inventory, and daily opening and closing tasks. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in a coffee shop, smoothie shop, café, or fast-paced food service environment is strongly preferred. Experience using a POS system (Clover experience is a plus). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness. Compensation & Growth Starting wage: $14.00 per hour. Employees who successfully complete their first 30 days and consistently demonstrate reliability, teamwork, strong customer service, and proficiency in their role are eligible for a $1.00 per hour wage increase.
