Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage warmly with customers, providing friendly service and personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures throughout the store to ensure a safe environment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for order processing and transactions Follow food safety management practices to uphold health standards and prevent contamination Restock supplies, ingredients, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations Assist in training new team members on food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and customer service excellence Skills Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and food safety standards Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments is preferred Knowledge of POS systems for quick and accurate order processing Ability to follow detailed food safety management practices and sanitation protocols Effective communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their hospitality skills while contributing to an energetic team.
