Please have experience as a Barista utilizing a Espresso Machine Job Overview As a Barista / Cashier, you will be the vibrant heartbeat of our café, delivering exceptional customer service while expertly crafting delicious beverages and managing transactions. Your passion for coffee and commitment to quality will shine as you create an inviting atmosphere for our guests. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile, whether they're grabbing their morning coffee or enjoying a leisurely afternoon treat. What you'll do Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items with precision and flair Operate the Toast POS systems efficiently to process customer orders and payments Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, ensuring compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring all items meet our quality standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and enthusiasm Basic qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is mandantory.
