Job Description

Full time only. Weekends are required. We ideally would like to hire someone that is looking to stay around through October 2026. Please do not apply unless you have secured housing in Summit County.
The Crown is looking for a full time team member to join our crew.

We are a high volume, high paced boozy coffee shop that is a much loved staple in Breckenridge. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in the food industry but are willing to train the right person if needed. This position requires commitment thru October 2026 ideally, with an immediate start date.

Candidates must possess the following:

an open schedule including weekends and holidays (some shifts as early as 6 am)
fantastic customer service and high level of attention to detail
positive and friendly attitude. Outgoing personality
ability to lift (up to 30lbs) and able to work a full shift on feet
willingness to help where needed
organization and multi tasking skills
an interest in food, coffee, and beer
ability to multitask in busy cafe setting
superb order taking skills and willingness to learn
work 4-5 days a week with a min of 32 hours a week.

Do not apply if you are looking for Part time. Your day will be varied, expect to: make coffee/espresso drinks, take orders, prep and make sandwiches, follow daily cleaning lists, stock shelves, wash dishes, and tend bar. We also expect that all employees will be knowledgeable about our menu and have a passion for Breckenridge that will positively affect our customers experience. The ideal candidate will be prepared to work a varied schedule of morning and afternoon/evening shifts. Weekend shifts are mandatory. Ideally, this will be your only job.
