Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Bake and assemble fresh bakery items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards Operate POS systems such as Square POS efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards across the café and bakery areas, including food handling and preparation practices Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and accurate cash handling Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies, rotating baked goods, and tracking sales using retail math skills Experience Previous barista experience is not necessary Experience working in a food service or bakery environment demonstrating food safety knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS is advantageous Proven ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to engaging guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food preparation techniques within the food industry is a plusJoin us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional café experiences!
