About us Inkwell & Brew is a small business in Estes Park, CO. We are collaborative, supportive and social.

Casual work attire Relaxed atmosphere On-the-job training Company perks Safe work environment Growth opportunities We're a small family owned hybrid coffee shop & retail store mash-up in downtown Estes Park. We're hiring a part-time barista who is interested in working 2 to 3 days a week & is available to work during the holiday season. While we are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, we are open the surrounding days. Our ideal candidate enjoys constantly moving, interacting with customers, is comfortable being part of a team & also working independently as a self-starter. We're proud to be able to offer a range of benefits for our employees. Our baristas also make an additional $6-$12 an hour on top of the houtly wage.Responsibilities:
Welcome customers into the store Create specialty coffee and tea drinks Maintain a clean work space & deep clean the store Run a sales register & take cash or credit card paymentsExperience:
Previous barista preferred Previous customer service experience preferred Desired Skills Math skills for making change Communication skills for interacting with customers Teamwork to maintain a positive flow & work environment Self-starter Benefits- Paid sick days Health insurance
