Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Barista to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, matcha and specialty drinks. Qualifications Previous experience in a café Proficiency in using POS systems Toast Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities Join us in creating an exceptional café experience where quality coffee meets outstanding service!

Pay:
