Summary We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at The Baker's Dozen. Located in a vibrant community, this role is essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and service, ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and baking of various products according to established recipes. Ensure that all food handling and safety guidelines are followed meticulously. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and work areas. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and fulfilling their orders efficiently. Package baked goods for display and sale, ensuring presentation meets company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A passion for baking and culinary arts is a plus.
