As a Key Holder, you will be entrusted with opening and closing the store, managing daily activities, and supporting the team to achieve their best. Your proactive approach and leadership will help create a welcoming space for guest and foster a motivated team atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Open and close the store securely, ensuring all safety protocols are followed Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Oversee POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions with accuracy Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, pricing adjustments, and purchasing activities Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience Qualifications

BATISTA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
