Role:

Join Kula Bowls as a Team Member, where you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering delicious smoothies, Acai Bowls & Toasts in a fun and friendly atmosphere! This role is perfect for enthusiastic individuals who love providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Serve customers with a smile while preparing and serving our signature smoothies, Acai Bowls, sandwiches and frozen treats. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Assist in restocking inventory and managing supplies to ensure smooth operations. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and promote specials. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service during peak hours. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
