Job Description
Job Summary 1 Prepare and Serve Beverages
- Make bubble tea, fruit teas, and other drinks according to franchise recipes and customer preferences. 2 Customer Service
- Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service. 3 Cash Handling & POS Operation
- Process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system. 4 Ingredient Preparation
- Cook tapioca pearls, prepare toppings, and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. 5 Maintain Cleanliness & Organization
- Keep workstations, equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitary according to health and safety regulations. 6 Stock & Inventory Management
- Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and notify management when ingredients need replenishing. 7 Follow Health & Safety Guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handwashing and food handling procedures. 8 Work as a Team
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, assist in training new employees, and contribute to a positive work environment.
