We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Baristas to join our team at our new coffee shop opening in late September. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, expresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards. Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service Take customer orders accurately and process cash and card payments Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment Properly clean and sanitize equipment, counters, and work areas Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels Follow all food and safety and sanitation procedures Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy Communicate professionally with customers and team members Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for every guest Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a face paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be willing to learn coffee prepartion, recipes, shop procedures Must maintain a professional apperance and attitude Schedule Part-Time Flexible scheduling with availability for mornings, afternoons, evening, weekends, and/or opening and closing shifts.

$13.50 - $15.50 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 35.0 per week
