Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, with precision and care. Operate POS systems to process sales quickly and accurately. Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and answering questions about menu items. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, including food handling, & beverage preparation stations. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage sales transactions efficiently. Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high standards of service. Qualifications Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred But not necessary. Familiarity with POS systems & cash handling is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food preparation techniques. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
