Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining cash handling accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food prep surfaces to meet food safety standards. Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about ingredients or beverage options, and provide excellent customer service. Follow proper food handling procedures during beverage preparation and food service to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality service. Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and processing transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in a café environment. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and customer needs simultaneously. Pay:
