Hiring baristas and bakers! Looking for 2-4 part time employees. Week days and Saturdays. Experience preferred but not required. Starting pay $15 based on experience. Come join our team of all ladies. We are open from 7:30-4:30, so average shifts are 7-12 and 12-5 for baristas. Early morning bakers hrs 4-5 am start to 11 am. Qualifications Previous barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and service Baking skills and experience in food preparation Proficient in using POS system Excellent customer service and communication skills Knowledge of food safety and handling practices Strong time management abilities and basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. Assist in baking fresh goods, maintaining food safety standards throughout the process. Operate POS systems efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation surfaces. Collaborate with team members to manage time effectively during peak hours. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote sales. Summary As a Barista and Baker Team Member, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee and baked goods. Reporting to the café manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems and food safety to ensure a smooth operation. Your experience in baking and coffee preparation will enhance the customer experience, while your time management and sales skills will help drive sales and promote our offerings.
