We are primarily looking for people that are at least 21 years of age but not limited to only those candidates. Experience is most definitely a plus, but if you are the right fit but don't have the experience, we can train if you are willing to learn. Saturday and Sunday availability is a must with the weekends being our peak days. Our primary work is in our cafe, but we also have coffee trailers that we use at multiple mobile events that on occasion need help too. We serve some food in our cafe so some minimal food prep is required as well. Duties Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Greet customers warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages with promptness and professionalism. Handle cash transactions, process payments, give accurate change, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by cleaning equipment, counters, tables, and food handling stations regularly. Follow food safety protocols during food preparation and beverage service to ensure health standards are upheld. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; barista experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Square for restaurants is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Pay:
