This role upholds the highest standards of quality, presentation, & hospitality, ensuring each guest interaction is warm, refined, & memorable. The Barista contributes to an elevated caf? atmosphere through attention to detail, product knowledge, & a commitment to excellence.

Essential Functions:

Prepare & present coffee, espresso beverages, teas, & specialty drinks with precision, consistency, & an emphasis on elevated presentation standards. Deliver intuitive, personalized service by engaging guests in a professional & polished manner, anticipating needs & exceeding expectations. H≤ & prepare light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, & breakfast offerings Ensure food is presented attractively & in line with luxury hospitality standards Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all caf? offerings, including coffee origins, flavor profiles, & preparation methods. Maintain a pristine & inviting caf? environment, ensuring all service areas, equipment, & guest-facing spaces meet luxury cleanliness & presentation standards at all times. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with accuracy & discretion, h&ling all transactions in a professional manner. Monitor & maintain product quality by ensuring freshness, proper storage, & adherence to established recipes & standards. Assist with inventory management, including tracking usage, restocking supplies, & communicating needs to leadership in a timely manner. Adhere strictly to all food safety, sanitation, & health regulations, maintaining compliance with resort & regulatory standards. Support seamless daily operations by executing opening & closing procedures with attention to detail & efficiency. Maintain & care for all coffee equipment, ensuring proper calibration, cleanliness, & reporting any maintenance concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members & other departments to ensure a cohesive & elevated guest experience across the resort. What are we looking for?

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a luxury caf?, hotel, or high-end food & beverage environment preferred. Passion for coffee, hospitality, & delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong interpersonal & communication skills with a polished & professional demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while maintaining composure. Basic math skills & experience h&ling financial transactions. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, & holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods & lift up to 25 lbs. See completed Job Description when applying.
