Duties Lead daily café operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality beverage and food service. Supervise and motivate team members, providing training on drink preparation, POS systems, and customer interaction. Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency, including specialty coffees and teas. Manage retail sales transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to food handling protocols and cleaning schedules. Oversee inventory levels, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper food preparation procedures are followed. Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, addressing inquiries promptly, and resolving issues efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage service. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or food service setting preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail transactions. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling and retail math accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math skills necessary for daily operations. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
