Cleaning Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Requirements:

BARISTA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Be Kind & Grateful & Honest Physically able to lift 50lbs. and stand for majority of the day Reside locally & have reliable transportation Have solid technical ability Available to work at least one weekend day Must be at least 18 years old

o Be punctual & reliable Ability to remain calm in busy situations Be passionate about something Be willing and interested in expanding knowledge as it relates to our operations Potential Job Duties to Include (but not limited to): Operating cash register, espresso machine, other equipment Preparing drinks Servicing the café counter Providing consistent quality in prepared drinks & service in accordance with standards & health code Preparing food and baked goods Maintaining a clean and well-stocked shop Keeping busy during downtime Packaging (incl. stamping bags, weighing beans & sealing) Being available for occasional evening events Dishes.
